  • Build, maintain, and expand senior-level relationships across IT, Operations, Digital, and Transformation functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and aligning Pulsar’s solutions accordingly.
  • Leverage an existing strong professional network to open new doors and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve or exceed first year, £3M annual sales quota.
  • Lead consultative, solution-driven sales cycles for ServiceNow and technology consultancy services.

  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximise account expansion.
  • ServiceNow & Technology Expertise
  • Maintain a strong understanding of ServiceNow products, capabilities, and the broader digital transformation landscape.
  • Position high-value implementation, advisory, and managed services to enterprise clients.
  • Partner closely with delivery, pre-sales, and technical consultants to shape compelling proposals and solution designs.
  • Commercial & Strategic Contribution
  • Build and maintain an accurate, predictable pipeline using CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Provide market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights to support service development and strategic planning.
  • Represent Pulsar at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Reporting & Performance
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data with weekly updates.
  • Produce quarterly and annual account plans for enterprise clients.
  • Report on sales activity, proposal pipeline, and win/loss outcomes.
  • Drive year-on-year account growth and client retention.
  • Maintain 3×–4× pipeline coverage and high-quality deal qualification.
  • Deliver strong win rates across complex enterprise opportunities.

  • Experience selling implementation services, consultancy, and transformation programmes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage C-suite and senior IT/Business stakeholders.
  • A well-established professional network within enterprise markets.
