Dierdre Hardy

Dierdre (Dee) has over 30 years’ experience in working with clients to review, improve and transform their HR functions. Working across organisation, process and technology dimensions, Dee has specialised in designing and implementing new target operating models for better HR delivery. In recent years, she has focused on the role that technology can play in relieving transactional burden within HR, and on delivering a more effective experience across the wider organisation. Dee is passionate about focused management of business change, recognising that many IT investments fail to deliver due to lack of effective engagement and impacts management.  

Experience

Working with a leading Financial Services customer, Dee led development and execution of the Business Change approach to ensure that streamlined workflows were understood and adopted across the organisation, delivering an enhanced and effective experience for employees.

For a leading IT services organisation, Dee led the development and execution of the business change approach, driving engagement and understanding across some 25,000 employees worldwide. This approach involved liaising with Works Council’s across European locations and ensuring that programme outcomes were defined, owned and delivered.  

As part of a growing ServiceNow consulting organisation, Dee led the development and delivery of the HR value proposition, engaging with Marketing colleagues to plan and run well attended HR events, such as round tables and expert panel debates.  

As an independent consultant, Dee supported a number of organisations in developing HR change programmes, including working with a global manufacturing organisation to develop a new target operating model and aligned processes, a Government organisation to implement a new HR ERP solution and supporting a major oil and gas provider through operating model alignment and staff transition execution.

Dee lives in Peterborough and has two grown up sons. She is a keen yoga practitioner and is typically out early in the morning to walk her dog.  

She is an accredited Agile Project Manager and member of the CIPD.
